The Library's fiction collection is now easier to find, in the low bookcases in the main aisle of the Fourth Floor. You'll find bestseller novels, mysteries and thrillers, science fiction and fantasy. The collection is supported by the Alison T. Dunham Memorial Fund, created by Professor and Mrs Alison Dunham in memory of their son, to ensure that there was always something fun to read in the Law Library. We welcome suggestions for new titles to purchase for the collection, which can also be in history, science, pop culture, or humor.
In addition, our collection of books about the city of Chicago is now located in the Reading Room, in the bookcase to the right of the frosted glass panel below the staircase. These books include history and biography, art, architecture, and travel guides. In the Library Catalog, they have the location City of Chicago Collection, and they are available to check out.
