Screen on First Floor (and LOL)

Hi -- I want to thank everyone who works at this library for making it such a great place for serious research and study. I would also like to cast one vote -- if it's a question of votes -- against the big screen behind the reference desk. There are enough TV's in the world -- let's keep the library free of them. This is a place for concentration -- not rapidly moving images.

You'll be happy to know the screen is a temporary installation, to promote  LOL @ The Library: Where Fun Comes to Be Archived. (Wednesday Feb 20, 1pm - 3pm, with Off-Off performing at 2.  Free refreshments!)
